Gnarls Barkley singer Cee-Lo Green has scored a massive online hit with a tune that may never be played on U.S. radio because of its offensive title and lyrics.

A rough-cut promo of his F**k You song has been viewed almost two million times on Green's YouTube.com site. It features the naughty new tune's lyrics on a blue screen.

In the song, Green croons about a gold-digger ex who now has a new man.

Following the success, which a shocked Cee-Lo admits has caused "a bit of history," Green now plans to shoot a proper video for the you-done-me-wrong song.

A cleaner version of the track, dubbed Forget You, has been played on the radio in the U.K.

"LA Triumph and its predecessor have sold millions of dollars of the 'Material Girl' brand of clothes in commerce throughout the United States, and have spent large sums in its promotion and advertisement," the lawsuit stated.

The company claims Madonna's line is "infringing" on their use of the name "Material Girl."

LA Triumph is also asking for damages of an unspecified amounts and the profits Madonna's Material Girl line has made.

Madonna released her "Material Girl" single in 1985 and has been referred to by that moniker ever since.

Jackson Manslaughter case put of til 2011

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A key court hearing detailing the manslaughter charges against Michael Jackson's personal physician was pushed back to January on Monday as the year-long probe into the singer's death dragged on.

A Los Angeles judge set a January 4 date for a preliminary hearing that will give the first official public details of the charges against Dr. Conrad Murray.

The hearing had been expected later this year but on Monday the judge said there were issues regarding the availability of witnesses and the ongoing investigation into Jackson's death.

Dr. Murray has admitted giving the "Thriller" singer a dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol as a sleep aid before he died at his rented Los Angeles home in June 2009. He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter and is free on $75,000 bail.

The physician's defense team asked on Monday for permission to retest three samples obtained from syringes and an intravenous drip.

The January 4 preliminary hearing is expected to take 2-3 weeks and will require both prosecutors and Murray's defense team to produce their evidence. A judge will rule at that time if there are sufficient grounds for a full-scale trial.

About two dozen Jackson fans waved banners outside the court on Monday calling for "Justice for MJ" and demanding that Murray be charged with murder. Jackson's parents Katherine and Joe Jackson also attended the brief hearing.

Jackson died on June 25 2009 and officials have said he died principally because of propofol, as well as sedatives, painkillers and other drugs.

The judge in the case ruled controversially earlier this year that Murray could keep his California medical license while the case goes through the courts, saying he did not have the authority to suspend it.

Huh? whats the ruling for Lohan?

By The Associated Press

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - A court official says the judge handling Lindsay Lohan's criminal case plans to issue an unspecified ruling in the case a day before her attorneys are due in court.

Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said Monday that Judge Elden Fox plans to issue the ruling Tuesday afternoon.

Parachini said he had no additional details.

Lohan is currently serving a 90-day sentence in a rehabilitation program, but there have been unconfirmed reports that she will be released early.

Lohan spent 14 days in jail and was taken to rehab on Aug. 2 after another judge determined she violated her probation in a 2007 drug case.

A prosecutor and Lohan's attorney are due in court for a hearing Wednesday.
